Delft Technology Fellow, Professor in ICT at UiA, Vice President of ISCRAM - Harvard Humanitarian Initiative Tina is a Deputy Director of the Centre for Integrated Emergency Management, University of Agder (Norway); Co-Director of the Disaster Resilience Lab, a joint initiative of UiA and Tilburg University; and Associate Professor, Department for ICT, University of Agder (Norway). Tina's work aims at improving disaster resilience by combining insights from the field with research in the following domains: - Scenario-based decision support to manage complexity and uncertainty, - Risk management and vulnerability analysis to understand weaknesses and hotspots, - Near real-time decision support and analyses, - Supply chain risk management to design agile and flexible supply networks, - Information and communication technologies and systems, - Critical Infrastructures and Smart Cities.

CTO & Founder - Vizzuality David founded Vizzuality in 2009 with a vision of bringing together science, policy and citizenship through design and technology. He has since established the company's goals and principles, led its strategy and nourished a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals. He oversees business and project development and sets the technical direction for the company, ensuring each project will make a difference, and enabling a creative and innovative use of technology. David has spent nearly 20 years working at the forefront of informatics and data, devoted to the development of digital solutions and interfaces for a range of data visualization, research and educational projects. David graduated as an Agricultural Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid where he participated in several research projects on plant growth computer modeling, sustainability and conservation agriculture. He later studied a Masters Degree in Digital Communication, Culture and Citizenship from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, in cooperation with MediaLab Prado Madrid. David has also taught Web Development and Graphic Programming at Instituto Europeo di Design, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and University of St. Louis. He is currently involved in several research groups, think tanks and initiatives focused on conservation, cartography, urban spaces and commons.

GIS Analyst - Geospatial Data Analysis & Visualization - CARTO Ramiro is a GIS analyst, who helps companies, NGOs and people to manage, analyse and visualize their data. He also trains kids, students, volunteers and engineers in cartography, GIS and GPS theory and tools.

Director: Europe Bureau - Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Vincent is the Director of the Bureau for Europe of UNHCR and UNHCR’s Regional Refugee Coordinator for the refugee crisis in Europe. Before this, he was UNHCR’s Regional Representative for the United States and the Caribbean. Vincent has been with the UNHCR since 1986, initially working as a legal/protection officer in a number of duty stations, mainly in Europe. He then managed UNHCR field offices in Central Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He has also participated in several emergency missions in Asia, West Africa, and Europe (North Caucasus), been Director of the Investigation Unit of the Inspector General’s Office at UNHCR Headquarters in Geneva, and Deputy Director of UNHCR’s Division of International Protection and Director of the Resettlement Service. Before joining UNHCR, he worked with the European Commission and the European Court of Human Rights.
